This is another advert pulled from The Sun newspaper, and again it is pushing their own bingo site, now this is a very small and simple advert compared to the full page ad but it still does the trick. It has 11 different numbers on the bottom which are part of the game so you’re halway before there just by looking at the advert. They are asking readers to purchase a monthly gamecard and then check these numbers against them, this is very clever because it would make people want to get all the numbers, but to do so they would have to buy the newspaper which is ideally what the paper want you to do. It then has a small selling point at the bottom saying you can play Sun Bingo for only 5p at www.sunbingo.co.uk. The main eye greabbing point in this advert is the first thing you see if the bigest text on the advert and that is the £10,000. The way the world is at the minute with the whole recession thing the opportunity of winning any sort of money through a brand you can trust is very appealing.
